01. What is the Cibafil points collection scheme?
To thank you for your support, we would like to offer you something interesting in return. For this reason, we have set up this points programme to reward you. It is a very simple reward points programme. When you make purchases at Cibafil.com, you will earn points based on the amount you spend.
02. How does this programme work?
Once the order is complete, the number of points earned will be calculated based on the total amount of the products and added to your points account. All points in your account are shown in your points account. However, they remain in your account until they are approved/confirmed by Cibafil. Once all points in your account have been approved, they will be immediately credited to your points account, ready to be used as you wish. Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them. You must log in to your account to check your points balance. When paying your bill, you can use the balance in your points account.
03. Points and values:
Currently, for every €1 spent at Cibafil, you earn 1 point. Each point has a value of €0.02 for a future purchase.
Example: [€100 worth of products purchased = €2 worth of points earned]
Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to the rules at any time without prior notice. The rules presented will be those in force.
04. Redemption of accumulated points:
If you have a balance in your Cibafil points account, you can use the points to make a purchase on our website. To use your accumulated points, you must convert them into a voucher. Points can be converted in the ‘My loyalty points’ section, where you will receive a discount code to enter in your shopping cart.
Alternatively, you can use your available points directly from your shopping cart during the purchase process.
05. Minimum points required and minimum spend:
There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate, and there is no minimum spend required to use them.
06. Can you earn points on discounted products?
No, promotional products do not earn any points.
07. Can you earn points by exchanging the points you have earned?
Yes. Please note that any purchase made using points will always be rewarded with additional points equal to the value of the new purchase.
08. Products with sales restrictions
At present, there are no restrictions in place that could affect your points account balance during your purchases.
09. Terms of use
The points awarded are reserved exclusively for members of Cibafil.com, and only they have the right to use the points. Points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between members. Points are not exchangeable under any circumstances and are not redeemable for cash. Furthermore, points are not valid on cancelled or incomplete orders.
