How to use your discount voucher:
1. Select a product eligible for use with a discount voucher in our online store.
2. Once you have finished shopping, go to your shopping basket. Click on “Do you have a discount code?” in the order summary.
3. Enter the discount code in the box and click on “Apply”.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER DOES NOT WORK?
It is possible to mistype one or more characters when entering the code manually. We recommend that you pay attention to the following details:
- Check that spaces and all characters have been entered correctly.
- The field in which to enter the code distinguishes between upper and lower case letters. Check that the ‘Caps Lock’ key is not active and make sure you have used upper and lower case letters correctly.
- Check that you have not confused the numbers 0/1 with the letters O/I and vice versa.
- Read the specific Terms and Conditions of the promotional voucher to ensure that it is applicable to your order. If you are sure that the voucher is valid for your order but you are still unable to use it, we recommend that you contact us.
- Some promotional offers are automatically applied to items added to your shopping cart.
Please note that the promotional voucher:- is valid for a limited period of time
- may be subject to exclusions and exceptions
- cannot be applied after placing an order
- cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and offers.
